IVF
What did you particularly like about the fertility clinic?
The medical assistants who really make an effort. The expertise of the doctors and embryologists/biologists. The second doctor.
What did you not like about the clinic?
That the organization is chaotic. Prepayment without invoices. Appointments are not kept or only after being asked do they remember that it should have been your turn 1.5 hours ago. That conflict discussions about billing are not possible. That you have to wait forever for your own lab results. That the doctor’s assistants are not even allowed to give you an appointment for an ultrasound scan without checking with the doctor.
