The particularly friendly approach and her efforts. In addition, that Dr. Moustafa-Oglou is always available via WhatsApp and responds immediately. Additional bonus that she treats after hours, on public holidays and at weekends and always tries to make a treatment appointment possible.

What did you not like about the clinic?

The lack of privacy during procedures, inexperienced trainees handling crucial steps without consent, rapid thawing of straws, early induction of ovulation leading to a traumatic experience, discomfort during speculum insertion, absence of hormone testing before treatment, lack of storage options for straws resulting in additional expenses, unnecessary prescription of costly luteal products and redundant pregnancy tests, and poor communication regarding test results, demonstrating a lack of empathy.
